Effective Date: 6 October 2026.
1. Our Commitment
1.1 BnR360 is committed to making its websites, web applications and mobile applications usable by as many people as reasonably possible, including people with disabilities. This Statement covers www.bnr360.com, Sphere, NeuroHire, GenRapide, GenRapide Light, NexGen RFP, and the BnR360 iOS and Android applications.
2. Standard and Status
2.1 BnR360 is working toward progressive alignment with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, where reasonably applicable to each product and function. This is a target and an improvement objective.
2.2 Unless BnR360 states otherwise after a formal assessment, it does not represent that every page, workflow, integration or feature conforms fully to WCAG 2.2 Level AA. BnR360 holds no accessibility certification, VPAT or Accessibility Conformance Report at the effective date. None will be claimed until one has actually been completed for the tested product version.
3. What We Do
3.1 Where reasonably applicable, BnR360 aims to provide: keyboard operation of core workflows with visible and logical focus and no keyboard traps; semantic structure, labels and names that assistive technology can interpret; accessible forms with clear instructions and error messages that do not rely on colour alone; sufficient contrast and no reliance on colour alone to convey status; support for zoom, text scaling and reflow; text alternatives for meaningful images and accessible names for icon controls; accessible tables, status messages and modal dialogs; and no content that flashes in a way known to create seizure risk.
3.2 Mobile. For the iOS and Android applications BnR360 aims to support the platform accessibility features, including VoiceOver and Dynamic Type on iOS and TalkBack and font scaling on Android, together with reasonable touch target size, orientation support and focus order.
3.3 Testing. Accessibility work may include automated checks, manual keyboard testing, screen reader testing, design review and user feedback. Automated tools alone do not establish accessibility. BnR360 will not state that a particular assistive technology is fully supported until testing confirms it.
3.4 Priority workflows. Testing and remediation are prioritised first for the NeuroHire candidate flow (invitation, consent, instructions, question navigation, submission), then NexGen RFP bidder and evaluator workflows, Sphere candidate and recruiter workflows, GenRapide and GenRapide Light editing and export, and the corporate website.
4. Known Limitations
4.1 Some features may have barriers, including complex drag and drop interfaces, visual dashboards and charts, complex comparison or scoring tables, scanned documents, legacy components, and embedded or third party tools. BnR360 intends to address meaningful barriers over time according to severity, impact and feasibility.
5. Matters Outside BnR360 Control
5.1 This Statement does not extend to third party websites, procurement portals, job boards, professional networks, payment providers, identity providers, third party AI interfaces, or other independent services. Subject to clause 14 of the Master Subscription Agreement and to Applicable Law that cannot be excluded, BnR360 is not responsible for the accessibility, failure or unlawful acts of those providers.
5.2 BnR360 cannot guarantee the accessibility of Customer Content, including uploaded documents, PDFs, scanned RFPs, images, videos, job descriptions and assessment materials. Customers are responsible for the accessibility of content they create, configure, upload or publish where Applicable Law places that duty on them.
5.3 AI generated content, including draft text, summaries, alternative text and exported documents, may not meet accessibility requirements and may be inaccurate. It must be reviewed by a human before publication or distribution.
6. Customer Responsibilities
6.1 Candidate accommodations. Customers are solely responsible for determining and providing any accommodation required by law to candidates, including extra time, alternative question formats, alternative assessment methods, and an alternative to audio or video assessment for candidates who cannot complete a standard NeuroHire assessment. NeuroHire is configured so that Customers can offer such alternatives where the feature is available.
6.2 Procurement. Customers may have independent duties to make procurement documents and bidder facing processes accessible. NexGen RFP does not replace those duties.
6.3 AI assessment. Assessment design should not assume that a particular communication style indicates lower competence. Candidates who communicate differently because of disability or neurodivergence must not be disadvantaged by reason of that difference alone. Human review of AI assisted results is required under the AI Addendum and the NeuroHire Product Addendum.
7. Regional Notes
7.1 Customers and, in some cases, BnR360 may be subject to accessibility laws depending on jurisdiction, sector and customer type. BnR360 will address the requirements that apply directly to it. Customers remain responsible for those that apply to them. Meeting a technical guideline does not by itself satisfy every legal accessibility duty.
7.2 European Union. Directive (EU) 2019/882 (the European Accessibility Act) and EN 301 549 may apply to certain products and services, with obligations in force from 28 June 2025. BnR360 will address mandatory obligations directly applicable to its Services, including any exemption available to it as a microenterprise.
7.3 United Kingdom. Equality Act 2010 duties may apply depending on context.
7.4 Canada. The Accessible Canada Act and provincial laws, including the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act 2005, the Accessibility for Manitobans Act and the Nova Scotia Accessibility Act, may apply to certain customers.
7.5 United States. The Americans with Disabilities Act, Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act and state laws may apply to certain customers. BnR360 does not claim ADA certification.
7.6 Australia. The Disability Discrimination Act 1992 and related public sector digital requirements may apply to certain customers.
7.7 Middle East, South East Asia and Pakistan. Government and enterprise customers in Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Singapore, Malaysia and elsewhere may maintain local accessibility or procurement standards, and Pakistani disability rights legislation may apply to certain customers. Any specific contractual accessibility standard must be set out in the Order Form.
7.8 Public sector. BnR360 will answer accessibility questionnaires accurately for the tested product version and will not give unsupported blanket certifications.
8. Feedback and Alternative Access
8.1 If you meet an accessibility barrier, write to support@bnr360.com with the subject "Accessibility Feedback" and state the product, the page or workflow, the problem, and, if you wish, the assistive technology and browser or device used.
8.2 BnR360 replies Monday to Friday during business hours, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. EST. BnR360 will use reasonable efforts to review the barrier, understand its impact, and, where feasible, offer another reasonable way to obtain the same information or complete the same task. Where Applicable Law fixes a response time, BnR360 will meet it in accordance with that law.
8.3 Enterprise customers may request information on accessibility testing and roadmap, and BnR360 will provide what is reasonably available. If BnR360 later completes formal testing it may publish a VPAT or Accessibility Conformance Report that accurately reflects the tested versions.
8.4 Where a Customer requires a specific accessibility standard by contract, the Order Form must state the standard, product version, scope, testing requirements and remediation responsibilities.
9. No Guarantee
9.1 Accessibility depends on many factors, including third party content, assistive technologies, user configuration and product change. BnR360 does not guarantee that no user will meet a barrier. Nothing in this Statement limits rights that cannot be lawfully limited.
10. Changes and Contact
10.1 BnR360 may update this Statement as products, standards, laws and test findings change. Accessibility is retested after material product changes.
10.2 Contact: support@bnr360.com, or H#C-40, Karachi University Staff Town, Karachi, Pakistan.
